     The owner has google for an idea of house plan design for her home. then she interest the plan layout from SAM Architect. Therefore, wished to build a tiny house for his private use as he did not frequently receive guests.The main owner's required has a master bedroom, walk-in closet, a large bedroom design...

This 3D plan layout has modified more than 5 time due sun light, wind, space required and budget. until she decide to get this one

The front section consists of

• Dining area
• Living room
• Bedroom

Each place can perspect to outside as panoramic view through a glass wall and a large sliding glass door (Min. 1.80m)

The back section consists of

• Kitchen
• Bathrooms
• Walk-in closet

    This house character is expressed by connection of interior and exterior spaces. Open floor plan with higher ceiling allows continuing daylight to flow into the house. Spacious kitchen is opened to the dining area and great room.

The focus on this house was to create well-designed house which at the same time would be sustainable and energy efficient. We applied sustainable design ideas to make house consume less energy which will be clearly visible during the time of the year. Interior design in this case show what possibilities home has from inside. The suggestion of how house could look from outside and everybody will design their own interior space according to their specific living taste.
